The Ordinary Diploma in Clinical Medicine is a three years programme, which has been developed to suit the needs of Government’s commitment to improving health care provision, labour market demands, legal and professional needs that exist in our country.

About this Course

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Admission to this level will be open to both pre and in-service candidates with technician certificate in Clinical medicine from a recognized institution.

  • Structure for NTA Level 6

    The NTA Level 6 has a total of ten (10) modules that will be covered in one academic year. This level has a total of 48 weeks of study in one academic year, which is divided in two semesters. Forty (40) weeks are set aside for teaching and learning, while four (4) weeks are allocated for fieldwork attachment and four (4) weeks for examinations. Semester one has six (6) modules and semester two has four (4) modules NTA Level 6 is meant to build on what was learnt on NTA Level 5

  • Methods of Study

    The programme enhances a broad range of study methods and approaches.
